Terms and Conditions

General Terms and Conditions for Appointment Bookings

When booking an appointment with Zenith Psychology or Thriving Principals, you are deemed to have understood and accepted the terms and conditions as outlined below. Please read these Conditions of Sale carefully before using the Website (www.zenithpsychology.com.au).

By using the Website, you are agreeing to be bound by these Conditions of Sale. All prices are in Australian dollars and are specified on the website.

All online, in person and telephone bookings require a deposit or credit card capture at the time of booking.

Credit Card Capture

Zenith Psychology may choose to collect a credit card number from clients to confirm an appointment time without actually charging the card at the time of booking.  Credit card capture is also used to enforce the cancellation policy.

Fees

The session fee for a 50-minute consultation is as stated on the booking page. Payment details are stored on file and accounts are to be settled on the day of the session unless prior arrangements have been approved. A non-refundable 15% deposit applies to all booked appointments to secure the session time.

Purely administrative calls attract no fee, but all other phone contact (including liaising with other professionals) will attract a minimum fee of $65/15 mins.

Refunds and Cancellations

If, for some reason you need to cancel or change an appointment, you must give Zenith Psychology at least 24 hours’ notice.

If less than 24 hours is provided you will be charged the full fee of your session cost.

The non-refundable 15% deposit applies to the next upcoming session and will be either processed within the entire session fee upon attendance, or singularly if that appointment is not attended. As multiple appointments are often scheduled, the non-refundable deposit only applies to the appointment that is soonest. With regular pre-scheduled sessions this means that only 1 deposit is held at a time; at the end of each session, the deposit activates for the following appointment.

Cancellation fees will be automatically debited from your nominated credit or debit card on the day of the cancellation.

Cancellations due to Zenith Psychology’s errors will result in refunds.  If a cancellation of this nature occurs after a client credit card has been charged, Zenith Psychology will refund the entire charged amount to the client credit/debit card.
